The book I read to research this post was The Blog Business Book by Tom Corson-Knowles which is one of the best books I have read about blogging and which I downloaded for free from kindle. I think anyone with a blog should download this book. Tom uses wordpress on his own server for his blogging platform but there's so much information about promoting your blog.
